CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mind Muscle Mojo – Integrated Wellbeing, we understand delays occur and plans can change, necessitating rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. To be effective and fair to all clients, and out of consideration for the practitioner’s time, this clinic has the following policies:

• 24-hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take that appointment time.
• If you are unable to provide the minimum 24-hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your session fee. Therefore a minimum upfront payment of 50% of session fee is to be made at time of booking. If session does not go ahead due to practitioner cancelling or you provide 24hours notice to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded your payment or payment will be held for next / future session (whatever you choose).
• To allow for a memorable and the best experience for you, your practitioner and other fellow clients, please get organised for your session and be on time.
